Each braai has its own personality, and with that comes different ways to braai!

Large Souvla Skewers

Mini Skewers (Souvlaki)

Use our large skewers for traditional Souvla pieces.
Auto-rotated by our heavy-duty motor and your Souvla Skewer Gearbox. 

  • Beef – Rump, Rib-Eye, Sirloin (preferably a cut with more fat for more flavour)
  • Pork – Pork Neck
  • Chicken – Thighs, Drumsticks or Wings
  • Lamb- Lamb Loin, Rib or Shoulder

Cuts of meat should be approximately 45mm x 45mm cubes

Standard on all Souvla Braais.

Available as an accessory.

Use our small skewers for smaller meat cuts
Auto-rotated by our heavy-duty motor and your mini skewer gearbox.

  • Pork – Pork Neck cubes
  • Beef – Fillet, Rump, Rib-eye
  • Vegetables – Go wild!

Cuts of meat should be approximately 25 – 30mm square cubes.

Standard on all deluxe models.
Not available on Mini, Ultra Mini, and Marine Souvla.
