How long is my warranty?
All Souvla Braais come with a two year warranty.
What is the difference between standard and deluxe?
Our deluxe models come with additional smaller skewers, perfect for vegetables and smaller meat cuts. The small skewers are run off a separate gearbox (included), and are run with the same motor.
Are Souvla Braais gas-powered?
No, all Souvla Braais are designed to be used with Charcoal, Briquettes and Wood.

How do I track my order?
When will I get my order?
We aim to ship all products within the timeframes below:
- 4-5 Working days (with no personalisation).
- 7-9 Working days (with personalisation).
What shipping method do you use?
All our products are shipped with The Courier Guy.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is charged at R230 per parcel.
Our Large Items (Braais and certain Accessories) are charged at R230 per item in Gauteng, and R399 per item outside of Gauteng. Our Smaller Items (Accessories and Parts) are parceled together at R230. Purchase Smaller Items with a large one, and receive FREE shipping on your Smaller Item parcel.
Spit Pro shipping is charged at R2300 countrywide, due to the size and weight of the product.
