For the marinade
Step 1: Firstly, use a hand grater to grate the cloves of garlic into a bowl. Next, add the olive oil, oregano, mustard, and honey, and mix them with a spoon.

Step 2: Then, add salt, pepper, and vinegar, and mix well with the spoon.

For the vegetables
Step 1: Secondly, cut the peppers into big pieces and remove their seeds.

Step 2: Coarsely chop the onion.

Step 3: Then, transfer the vegetables to the bowl with the marinade and set them aside until needed.

For the chicken
Step 1: Thirdly, put the chicken thigh and chicken breast fillets on a chopping board.

Step 2: Next, cut the chicken into big pieces, transfer them to the bowl with the vegetables and the marinade, and mix them with your hands, wearing gloves.

Step 3: In the mean time, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate it.

Step 4: Once marinaded, thread the chicken pieces onto souvlaki skewers, alternating them with the peppers and the onion.

Step 5: Use a spoon to spread the whole marinade over the chicken souvlakia and transfer it onto your souvla braai once your fire is at cooking temperature.

For the tzatziki sauce
Step 1: Put the yogurt into a bowl, grate the cucumber using the large holes of a box grater, add the garlic and the vinegar, and mix them with a spoon.

Step 2: Next, add salt, pepper, and dill, and mix well with the spoon.

Serve the chicken souvlakia with potatoes, bread/pita, lemon slices, tzatziki sauce, and sprinkle with fresh oregano.
