When it comes to Souvla, sometimes less is more
This super simple Asian Fusion Souvlakia recipe will leave your friends in absolute awe of your Souvla Braai.
Accessories needed:
• Souvlaki Skewers
Ingredients
• Pork or chicken chunks
• Teriyaki sauce (or marinade)
• Soy sauce
• Ginger (minced)
• Garlic (minced)
• Brown sugar
• Sesame oil

Instructions
Now that you have your ingredients ready, prepare a fire and make sure everyone is hungry!
Step 1:Â Thread your pork or chicken chunks onto your small skewers. Leave a slight gap between pieces to ensure even cooking. Ensure pieces are threaded tightly onto the skewer to prevent free-spinning.
Step 2:Â Once your fire is at cooking temperature, insert the skewers and switch on your motor. Do not spice the meat at all.
Step 3:Â While your meat is cooking, prepare your basting by mixing the ingredients in a bowl.
Step 4:Â Once the meat is about 60% cooked, use a basting brush and start basting your meat on the braai. Continue to do this as the meat starts to crisp. Once the meat is cooked and crispy, remove the meat from the braai.
Step 5:Â Time to eat and enjoy some Asian Fusion Souvlakia!
